Can I give my child the authorization of leaving the bus alone?

As a rule : the Transport refuses to give the authorization to pupils from kindergarten and 1^st primary.

From 2^nd primary : parents are allowed to give their authorization.

From 2^nd secondary : the Transport automatically gives the authorization to pupils to leave the bus alone.
